SHIPPING
- Enjoy complimentary domestic shipping within the USA for orders over $25, via USPS and DHL. For urgent requirements, our overnight shipping option is available for an additional fee. Reach out to us at customdesign@lisaiman.com and we will discuss those additional fees.
- LiSai Man offers worldwide shipping. All international orders are shipped through DHL and FedEx. Can't find your country in our shipping options? Reach out to us at customdesign@lisaiman.com and we'll promptly add it. Note: International shipping rates vary.
- A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can track the progress of your order via the carrier’s website.
ONLINE
- Our online purchases, including both ready-to-wear and custom items, are accompanied by a warranty. Ready-to-wear products, unaltered and in their new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us at customdesign@lisaiman.com to initiate a return. Custom orders, crafted to your unique measurements, are not eligible for returns but can be adjusted if necessary. Note: Exchange or return shipping is not free and rates vary depending on region and shipping carrier.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received, typically processed within 2-10 days depending on your payment method.
